Baxter’s Custom Framing & Design

Master Framer, Baxter Quinn has been designing and framing in the Bay Area for over 35 years. He opened his shop in Petaluma in September of 2020. He offers customized designing and picture framing, art prints, framed art for sale, custom mirrors, photo frames and a great selection of art catalogs to browse to find your perfect piece of art. He also offers in home art installations.
