Welcome to Thistle Meats, a whole animal butcher shop in downtown Petaluma. Chef Travis Day and our friendly, knowledgeable staff offer a menu of seasonal prepared foods available all day that can be enjoyed at our communal tables or packed to-go. Our butcher case is full of locally sourced meats and an extensive selection of housemade charcuterie for you to eat your way through. We believe good food, especially quality meat, should be celebrated and easily available as a genuine, custom cut experience.
